LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Two Kentucky post offices in Appalachian towns with romantic names are part of a United States Postal service Valentine's Day postmark promotion.

Consumers who want a special postmark on their Valentine's Day cards this year can get one from Beauty, Ky., or Lovely, Ky.

Both towns are in eastern Kentucky close to the West Virginia border.

The postal service says customers who want the special postmarks can address their cards, put on a stamp, then put the stamped envelope into a larger envelope, also with a stamp. Customers can address that envelope to Valentine's Day Postmark, Postmaster, and include the location of the postmark they want.

Other post offices included in the promotion nationwide include Hartland, Tenn.; Bliss, N.Y.; and Valentine, Neb.

More information is available on the postal service website USPS.com.
