Larry Flynt's brother wants to open store in N. Ky.

FLORENCE, Ky. (AP) - The brother of Larry Flynt is planning to
open up a store in northern Kentucky if he can get an occupational
license from city officials.

Richard Lunnemann, who is the city coordinator for Florence,
told The Kentucky Enquirer that the application from Jimmy Flynt is
being reviewed to see whether Flynt's Sexy Gifts is "a sexually
oriented business." If it is, local regulations wouldn't allow it in the proposed location.

Flynt says it is not. He says the store will sell products such
as lingerie, massage devices, lotions and oils.

Flynt says he is being given extra scrutiny because of his
famous brother, Hustler magazine founder Larry Flynt.

However, he says the name recognition could also help drive
customers to his store.
