Laurel County mother pleads not guilty to endangerment charges

LONDON, Ky. (WYMT) - A Laurel County mother pleaded not guilty to endangerment charges.

April Cathers was arrested by London Police after finding five children in her home and living in what they call filthy conditions.

Officers made the discovery after responding to a call about two of the children wandering in the street alone.
