A father, charged with murder in his daughter's death, is set to head back to court Monday.
Police say Robert Hammons was drunk when he crashed his vehicle in Laurel County last December.
His daughter, 13-year old Destiney Hammons, was killed.
Police say Robert Hammons told them he had been drinking and taking pills.
Beer cans were found in his car.
