Update: All clear given at Lee Co. High School

LEE COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) -State police have given the all clear after a bomb threat was called into Lee County High School.

A bomb sniffing dog from KSP search the building Wednesday afternoon and found nothing.

Lee County schools dismissed early due to the threat. The superintendent tell us this dismissal is a precautionary move. He tell us the school was evacuated around 11:30 Wednesday morning after the threat was called into the high school.

The superintendent tells us the middle school received a bomb threat last week. State police are investigating and plan to charge the person who phoned in the threat.
