HYDEN, Ky (WYMT) - The trial started Monday for a man accused of murdering two people in Leslie County back in 2009.
A jury was selected and testimony began in the case against Charles Watts.
He is accused of murdering and robbing Kelly Johnson on April 18th, 2009, and then three days later prosecutors also say Watts murdered Chad Muncy.
During opening arguments, the prosecuting attorney told the jurors about some of the evidence that will be presented including the victim's blood found inside Watts' car.
The defense did not give an opening statement.
