Five people charged with murder are arraigned in Leslie county.

Harold Pennington, Ray Turner, Lonnie Callahan, Lonnie Ray Callahan and Millard Miniard are accused of of killing Norman Adams back in October and trying to make it look like he was killed in an a-t-v accident.

"They are all charged with murder, tampering and abuse of a corpse. what little we know is from the indictment ... from an event that occurred last october" explains Roger Gibbs, Department Public Advocacy.

Police say the group then tried to make it look like he was killed in an A-T-V accident.

Commonwealth's attorney Gary Gregory did not want to talk on camera but did release a statement saying quote "we are prepared to go forward with this case and let the jury decide the fate of these individuals" unquote.

Their pre-trial date is set for july 6-th.
