The case against two Letcher County murder suspects will be heard by a grand jury.

Stephanie Fleming and James Maggard are charged with the murder of a man believed to be Drad Fleming, who was Fleming's husband and went missing last week.

The body was found in a charred truck last weekend.

On Thursday, a judge decided the case will head to a grand jury.

We talked with family before and after the hearing who say they simply want justice.

Fleming's mother Cathy Bentley now has custody of their children. She says she has had a tough time with not being able to explain what has happened to them.

"I have got the babies and I have to look down at them and keep the tears from flowing because they don't know why nana is crying." Bentley said.

Witness testimony given by Lieutenant Brian Damron was upsetting for the family, but they say they want more evidence found against Stephanie Fleming and for Maggard and Fleming to be punished.

"He has been bragging about what he has done but we will be the ones standing in the last and Drad will get his revenge." Starla Fleming, Drad Fleming's aunt said.

Commonwealth's Attorney Edison Banks says this is an ongoing investigation.

The grand jury will meet on July 11, but the case may have to be addressed at the following meeting.
