Letcher Water Meeting Update

"Everyone's expressed concerns. And I think as they have found out more about what we had to do to get water to them, a lot of them understand now that we were doing everything that we could to get water to them," said Letcher County Judge Executive Jim Ward.

Judge-Executive Ward says one good thing to come out of the water outages was gaining the knott county interconnect as a backup water source.
