A Letcher County man is sentenced to 15 years in prison after a woman and her unborn child died in a crash.
Police say Charles Gross was high during the crash that killed 28-year-old Amanda Smith and her unborn child in November of 2008 in Letcher County.
It happened on Highway 931.
