Lexington man who entered Corbin treatment facility back in court

Lexington, Kentucky - A Lexington man charged with stalking and terroristic threatening was back in court Thursday morning.

James Caldwell was missing for nearly a week before police say he entered a Corbin treatment facility.

His hearing Thursday in Fayette County did not last long.

Attorney's spoke with the judge briefly before an assessment and a medication review was set for Caldwell.

One woman says Caldwell sent her daughter a threatening letter.

No she says her daughter lives in fear.

The judge ordered that assessment be done in Fayette County.

The court continued the case on to June 26th.
