Life sentence for man convicted of wanton murder

A Perry County man convicted of wanton murder is sentenced to life in prison.

The Hazard Herald reports Lester Hurt was also denied a new trial.

Hurt was found guilty of killing Julius Williams, who died after hurt ran over him with his pickup on an abandoned strip mine in October, 2010.
