Man accused of murdering pregnant jogger facing more charges

RUSSELL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT)- Disturbing new details about the murder of a pregnant mother in southern Kentucky.

A Russell County Grand Jury has indicted Christopher Allman on more charges.

Police say Allman killed Sarah Hart in June while she was out on a morning jog.

He’s charged with murder, fetal homicide, kidnapping and now rape and being a persistent felon.

The new charges are the results of an autopsy and DNA samples.

Prosecutors will seek the death penalty against Allman.
