The man accused of putting hidden cameras in public restrooms in Bell County has pleaded guilty to similar charges in Tennessee.

Last year, police say 49 year old Randall Rogers of Tennessee placed the hidden cameras in the men’s room at the Middlesboro Wal-Mart and a few other public places.

Earlier this year, Rogers took a deal in Bell County and pleaded guilty to more than a dozen charges.

The commonwealth's attorney recommended a 20 year sentence in Bell County.

He will be sentenced in April.
