JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - A man is facing charges for allegedly driving under the influence in Johnson County.

Police say the driver of a gold car, James Davis of Gatlinburg, TN, was not paying attention and hit a Volkswagen in front of it which then hit a motorcycle.

Then police say Davis' car turned and hit another white SUV.

Police say no one was seriously injured, but they arrested Davis for DUI.

"Once we got over here we noticed the subject. He wasn't very steady on his feet. Officer Nathan Caudill performed a field sobriety test which he failed," said Officer Danny Smith.

Police say he refused a toxicology test and was booked in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
