ASHLAND, Ky (WYMT/WSAZ) - A suspected heroin dealer is off the streets after getting caught red handed.
Deputies in Ashland arrested Steven Payton after he sold two grams of heroin to the informant.
They say once inside Payton's home more heroin was found inside along with a large amount of cash.
Payton is in the Boyd County Detention Center charged with trafficking a controlled substance.
