A Knox County man is facing arson and wanton endangerment charges after police say they saw him running away from a trailer that was on fire.

The Knox County Sheriff's Office received a tip about an intoxicated man that was setting fires to trailers in Barbourville.

After a short chase, police arrested James Bowling and charged him with arson and several other offenses ... including 17 counts of wanton endangerment.

This is the second time the fire department has been called to the area for suspected arson.
