Man facing voyeurism charges pleads not guilty

MIDDLESBORO, Ky. (WYMT) - A man accused of putting hidden cameras in public restrooms pleaded not guilty in Bell County.

Randall Rogers has 14 charges in Bell County including voyeurism and promoting sex performance of a minor.

Police say Rogers placed the hidden cameras in the men's room at the Middlesboro Wal-Mart and some locations in East Tennessee.

Rogers will have a pre-trial conference in January.
