Man indicted on child porn charges

HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - Craig Bailey of Krypton was indicted on 6 counts of distribution and 17 counts of possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor.

The indictment says he downloaded images of minors engaging in sexual acts with the intent to sell or distribute.
