EAST BERNSTADT, Ky. (WYMT) -Police say a man on home arrest was found dealing drugs out of his house.
Police say tips led them to Dean Hundley Road near East Bernstadt in Laurel County.
They arrested Milford Allen Junior, who was wearing an ankle bracelet for his prior charges.
Police say he was dealing marijuana and while there, police say they encountered people wanting to give Allen business.
“There were several vehicles coming from the residence, in our opinion to buy drugs, of course they turned away when they saw Laurel Co. Sheriff's Deputies. We even had a DUI driver pull in the driveway and almost run over one of our officers,” Deputy Gilbert Acciardo said.
Police say they found several different kinds of drugs, more than $40,000 in cash and several firearms in the home.
Allen was taken to jail.
