HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - A Harlan County man pleaded guilty to almost 30 charges related to child pornography.
Bobby Kelly of Lynch was indicted on 26-counts of possessing child porn in August of 2010 and one count of distributing it in July of 2010.
Kelly will be sentenced on February 7th.
