Man pleads guilty to putting hidden cameras in public restrooms

BELL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - The man accused of putting hidden cameras in public restrooms in Bell County has pleaded guilty.

Last year, police say 49-year-old Randall Rogers of East Tennessee placed the hidden cameras in the Men's Restroom at the Middlesboro Wal-mart and a few other public places.

Friday, Rogers took a plea deal and pleaded guilty to more than a dozen charges.

The Commonwealth's Attorney recommended a 20 year sentence.

He will be sentenced on April 15th.
