ASHLAND, Ky. (WYMT/WSAZ) - A man wanted in connection with an Ashland motel robbery last fall was arrested Tuesday in Charleston by the U.S. Marshal Service, according to information from Ashland Police.
Jamar D. Robinson, who is in his mid-20s, was awaiting extradition to the Southwestern Regional Jail in Logan County, W.Va.
Robinson was charged last November with the Oct. 5, 2012, armed robbery at the Ashland Inn Motel.
Investigators say he held up the motel in the 3000 block of Winchester Avenue with a semi-automatic handgun and got away with a little bit of cash.
