MANCHESTER, Ky. (WYMT) - A Clay County man will spend 10 years behind bars.
Terry Grubb was convicted of second degree manslaughter back in September.
Prosecutors said Grubb shot and killed Doug Roberts after an argument in June of 2010.
The judge accepted the jury's recommended sentence.
