Man accused of causing deadly accident arraigned

A man accused of causing a deadly accident last year is arraigned.

20 year old Eric Ison, of Hazard, pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges of murder, DUI and possession of a controlled substance.

The Hazard Herald reports Ison was allegedly driving under the influence when he hit another vehicle, killing 68 year old Bobby Napier of Breathitt County.

Police say Ison failed all field sobriety tests.
