Man accused of killing Manchester mayor's brother back in Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - A Lexington man has been returned to Kentucky to face a murder charge after being caught in Illinois.

Fayette County Sheriff's deputies brought Gerardo Turcios-Rodriguez to Lexington from St. Clair County, Ill., where he was arrested on a murder warrant about two weeks after 66-year-old Doug Saylor was killed.
