A man accused of running over a toddler in Clay County last week has entered a not guilty plea on manslaughter charges.
Police say twenty three year old Bobby Sester had been drinking and admitted taking prescription pills when they say he ran over a one year old girl last week at the child's home.
Sester will be back in court on November 28th for a preliminary hearing.
