A man police say shot a trespasser is indicted.
A Pulaski County Grand Jury charged eighty three year old Raymond Faehr with assault and cultivating marijuana.
Police say on August 25th, Faehr shot Matthew Anderson when he caught him allegedly stealing pot plants behind his house.
