The man who lives in a Pike County house where a body was found last month, is in jail on unrelated charges.
51 year old William Johnny Slone is charged with drug trafficking.
On October 27th, police found the body of missing man Jon Looney in the garage of Slone's house in Mouthcard.
The medical examiner has not determined the cause of death yet.
Officials say the investigation led police to find evidence Slone was selling drugs.
Police are still investigating Looney's death and how his body ended up in Slone's garage.
