Detectives in Laurel County arrest a Clay County man on drug related charges.
Police say Otis Edwards of Clay County sold 2 ounces of marijuana to a Laurel County Sheriff's Office confidential witness.
Following a search of Edwards' vehicle, police found 13 more ounces of marijuana with a street value of more than three thousand dollars, along with a large amount of cash.
Edwards is being held in the Laurel County Detention Center.
