Kentucky State Police say a man has been arrested for threatening to shoot a neighbor's dog, firing shots near residences, and driving a vehicle while intoxicated.
Troopers arrested 66-year-old Delmar Jent at his home on Cold Springs Hollow in Morehead around 8:30pm Sunday night.
Police charged Jent with ten counts of wanton endangerment 1st degree and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol .08 (aggravating circumstance) 1st offense.
