A man is charged with third degree arson and wanton endangerment after setting a fire on the University of the Cumberlands campus.
Williamsburg Police arrested Quintine Geynold Cayo after surveillance video allegedly shows him setting fire to papers hanging from a door at Mahan Hall.
There was no serious damage to the dorm and the fire was quickly put out.
Cayo is being held at the Whitley County Detention Center.
