Man charged with attempted murder appears in court

A Perry County man charged with attempted murder appears in court.

Police say Tracy Lynn Napier shot Carl Holbrook multiple times last September near Bonnyman in Perry County.

Holbrook was airlifted to a West Virginia hospital where he recovered from his injuries

Napier was indicted in October of last year, a trial date has not been set.
