A man is arrested after firing shots at his brothers car.
It happened Monday in Knox County between two brothers.
No one was hurt, but police found several bullet holes in the victims truck.
It all started when Arvil Lake and his brother were talking outside Lake's brother's home.
"He was sitting in a pick up truck and I was sitting in my car, and he just went off and started cussing me jumped out of the truck. Smacked me right here," said Arvil Lake who is now charged in the incident.
Lake says he and his brother never really got along, and on Monday he says his brother pushed him just a little too far.
"I just got fed up and grabbed a pistol and started shooting. I didn't try to kill him or nothing. I was just trying to get him off of me," said Lake.
When the Knox County Sheriff's Office responded to the call, deputy Roy Gambrel spotted Lake's car driving too fast.
Deputy Gambrel pulled Lake's vehicle over and found the weapon used in the shooting in his front seat.
After talking to the other brother, Arvil Lake was arrested and charged with two counts of wanton endangerment among several other charges.
"No I'm not innocent, I just got tired of him picking on me," said Lake.
Lake says he was only trying to get his brother to stop bullying him and that he had no intentions of hurting anyone.
The shooting is still under investigation.
We could not find Lake's brother to comment.
