JAMESTOWN, Ky. (AP) - A south-central Kentucky man has been charged with murder in the death of a 31-year-old woman who went missing after going for a run with her sister.

Kentucky State Police said 28-year-old Christopher W. Allman of Jamestown was arrested Thursday in the death of Sarah B. Hart of Jamestown. He was also charged with robbery, kidnapping and tampering with physical evidence and lodged in the Russell County Jail.

State police said Hart was reported missing Thursday morning after dropping out of a run along U.S. 127 with her sister, saying she wasn't feeling well. Police said the sister continued running then returned to check on her sister but couldn't find her.

Hart was found dead just off the highway in a field. The cause of death hasn't been determined.
