The funeral for a Johnson County man who drowned will be later this week.
The Paintsville Herald reports 61 year old Kenneth Powers of East Point drowned in a pond outside his home.
Neighbors say he suffered from Parkinson's disease.
His funeral will be Friday afternoon at 1:00 at the Paintsville First Church of God.
