The Martin County Coroner has released new details regarding a fatal crash Saturday.
It happened on Route 292 in Warfield about 8:30 Saturday morning.
Martin County Coroner Joe Mullins tells our sister station Urban Spaulding, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mullins says the driver of the vehicle was Billy Evans.
Police later arrested Evans and charged him with DUI.
He's now in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center, and could face additional charges.
