Police say a drunk driver killed a man pulled over on the side of I-75 in Laurel County.
24 year old Austin Meredith is charged with murder, DUI and wanton endangerment for the crash near mile marker 30 on Saturday.
State police tell us the victim, Howard White, stopped to check the load on the wrecker he was driving.
That's when investigators say Meredith crashed the box truck he was driving into White and the wrecker.
Two people inside the wrecker were not hurt.
