The finding of a body in Bell County leads to one man being charged with murder.
32-year-old William Anderson of Flat Lick was arrested and charged with the murder of 61-year-old Bobby Wiggins of Middlesboro.
State police in Harlan arrested Anderson Saturday night at 8:30.
Wiggins was found dead in the Beverly community of Bell County.
State police and the Bell County Coroner located the body Friday afternoon.
Anderson is still in the custody of police and will soon be lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
State police say the murder is still under investigation.
