Man indicted after deadly crash

The Perry County grand jury has indicted 20 year old Eric Ison on murder, possession of a controlled substance and DUI charges.

Police say Ison was driving under the influence on Kentucky 15 when he hit another car head on last year.

68 year old Bobby Napier was killed in the accident.
