A Floyd County man is behind bars for allegedly torturing a dog.
The Floyd County Times reports 21 year old Christopher Mullins is accused of torturing a dog until it died.
Mullins is also charged with terroristic threatening and harassment.
A neighbor says Mullins shot her dog with a crossbow and poured bleach in the dog's wound.
He is being held at the Floyd County Detention Center.
Killing a dog or cat is considered a Class D Felony.
