A Middlesboro man is charged with eleven counts of sodomy of a child.
Police say twenty eight year old Jason Griffey was arrested after a complaint was filed with the Middlesboro Police Department about improper activity between the accused and a child under the age of twelve.
Griffey is scheduled to appear in court on October 25th.
He is being held in the Bell County Detention Center.
