Man is indicted after a deadly car accident

A man is indicted after a deadly accident in Perry County earlier this year.

In May, police say Donald Combs lost control of his vehicle on Kentucky 2446 and ended up a creek.

His passenger, 51-year-old Burly Combs, died in the accident.

Donald Combs was indicted on murder, DUI and other charges.
