Man pleads guilty to murder

John Pigg Junior pleads guilty to murdering seventy year old Ralph Marcum in April of 2008 in Letcher County.

A plea agreement, reached last week, was approved by Marcum's daughter, and Pigg is expected to be sentenced to fifty years in prison for murder, twenty years for complicity to theft by unlawful taking, five years for tampering with evidence, and ten years for complicity to burglary if the deal is approved by the judge.
