A man is sentenced in Bell Co. Circuit court in connection with a deadly accident last year.
Police said 58-year old Garrell Freeman crossed the center line on US 119 and hit a truck driven by 80-year old Chester Miracle last July.
Miracle later died from his injuries.
Freeman faced second degree manslaughter charges, but the charges were amended to reckless homicide.
He was sentenced to five years behind bars.
