Police in Laurel County have arrested a man for allegedly making meth.
Bradley Moore was arrested and charged with manufacturing meth for the second time.
Police say his first conviction for making meth was also in Laurel County.
The Laurel County Sheriff's Office says Moore was arrested after deputies found ingredients used to make meth in his car during a traffic stop.
