Meth lab discovery in Knox County leads to three arrests

Three people are behind bars in Knox County following the discovery of an active meth lab in a home.

Acting on a tip, the Knox County sheriff's office went to a home at 1264 Johnson Hollow Road.

When they got there, deputies noticed a back window on the home open, but covered with a blanket.

They also heard a man describing how to mix chemicals.

After pulling the blanket down and going into the home, the man threw a bottle at the deputies.

Joey Middleton, Tiffany Gray and Raymond Matthews were arrested.

They are facing several charges.
