Middlesboro City Council members could set hours of operation for city parks.
The council would have to put together an ordinance to create opening and closing times for the parks.
The issue came to light after city officials received complaints about people being in the park and up to no good late at night.
If passed, those in violation of the ordinance could face a fine.
