The flood waters are beginning to slowly recede across most of Eastern Kentucky and the snow showers are coming to an end. Roads will remain slick tonight as temperatures drop below zero. CAMPTON, Ky. (WYMT)-
In Wolfe County, a couple of hikers had to be rescued after getting lost in the Red River Gorge overnight.
Wolfe County search and rescue says the hikers lost their way as it began to get dark and were not prepared for chilly overnight temperatures.
Crews pinged their cell phone, found the hikers at the junction of Sheltowee and Lost Branch trail and led them to safety.
