Rain will gradually changeover to snow early Monday morning as temperatures crash into the upper 20s. While snowfall amounts through Monday afternoon will be less than one inch for most, untreated roads are expected to be slick. This is especially the case along the KY/VA border where 1-3" is expected. A missing man from Ashland has been found dead in South Carolina.
Sgt. Wayne Jordan with the Chesterfield County Sheriff's Office tell our sister station search crews discovered the body of James "Buck" Davis about 10:45 a.m. Thursday.
Davis was reported missing Sunday night.
They say his body was found next to a crashed motorcycle, about 50 yards away from a main highway in the Cash area.
Investigators say it appears Davis died from injuries he received in the crash.
No foul play is suspected.
Alcohol is not believed to have been a factor in the accident.
Davis' body has been sent off for a full autopsy.
Davis was 39-years-old.
